The girls had an opportunity to create a birthday message for one of their friends in Colorado. Just in time for his birthday, they were able to get him a fresh box of Beignet mix from Cafe Du Monde in New Orleans.

Kenna Auditions for Her First SAG Film

Kenna had the opportunity to audition for her first SAG film thanks to her agency.  Her family took a trip to New Orleans to meet the casting director.  Kenna was really excited to be reading for a part that would put her opposite a well-known action star.  She is now waiting to hear on call backs.  If selected for the part, she returns for call backs next week and will shoot sometime in December this year.  We shot this video with Kenna right after her audition.

Blooper: Kenna Overacts Her Last Scene in "Haley's Angel"

Kenna brings a little levity to the end of "Haley's Angel" starring Kenna Rachelle Valadez, Sonia Acevedo, Juan Fiol, and Abel Becerra (Spirit Award Winning Actor). This 23 minute short won the "People's Choice Award" at the Fall Indie Film Festival held in Grand Praire, Texas. The film was produced by Monica Becerra and directed by Israel Marquez.
